Since our first iteration in 2018, Prosper has become Canada's largest high school student organized youth business conference. We strive to provide Canadian youths an opportunity to interact with the business world and connect with other like-minded students. Now embarking on a brand new journey to Eastern Canada, we invite you to experience Prosper Ontario — the signature Prosper experience for all aspiring future business leaders on the East Coast.

What is a case competition?
Business case competitions help youths gain and strengthen the essential skills required in the business world. At Prosper, we aim to develop important skills, such as critical thinking and public speaking, to guarantee success in your future careers. Our mission is to immerse youths in the business world through workshops, panels of industry professionals, and our signature case competition. Whether you are interested in accounting, marketing, finance, or business in general, our conference has an array of activities for everyone. We incorporate the whole package so you can experience what the business world can offer at Prosper.
How does Prosper Ontario work?

You will be in a team of up to 6 people

Teams will receive the case in 1 of 5 staggered waves

Teams will have 90 minutes to prepare for their Round 1 presentations
-
After Round 1 presentations conclude, teams will have another 90 minutes to prepare for Round 2
-
Round 1 and Round 2 will each make up 50% of the finalist qualification score
-
Teams will have 7 minutes to present, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session

The top 5 teams will automatically qualify for the brand new Prosper Ivey Invitational Competition

The winning team of Prosper Ontario 2026 will receive a $2000 cash prize
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes pre-conference preparation sessions through Prosper Academy, two interactive workshops, lunch and refreshments, an intensive case competition, networking opportunities with other like-minded students and professionals from multiple fields, and an immersive experience in the business world at Prosper Ontario 2026.

Our collaboration with Ivey is the first of its kind in Canada, allowing students to learn more about one of Canada's most prestigious business schools through interactive sessions with Ivey professors & representatives or competing in the Prosper Ivey Invitational Competition.
